Purpose

These Terms of Sale apply to all SEO consulting services provided by Samy Thuillier.

Services

Services include, but are not limited to: SEO audits, content strategy, technical optimization, SEO support, and training. The details of each service are defined in the signed quote or contract between the parties.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in euros, excluding taxes. Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon in the quote. Late payments will incur penalties in accordance with applicable law.

Duration & Termination

The duration of the service is defined in the contract. Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, unless otherwise specified.

Liability

SEO services are obligations of means, not results. The provider cannot guarantee specific outcomes in terms of rankings or traffic.
